Although summer just began, there’s savings to be had on nifty Apple stuff prior to fall semester.
Apple has begun its annual back-to-school promotion via gift card bonuses that could arrive before Friday. While the details of this year’s promotion have yet to be made public, in 2023, Apple offered gift cards to customers who purchased a Mac, MacBook, or iPad under educational pricing — up to $150 in value.
According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple’s 2024 back-to-school promotion is set to begin sometime this week. Where there are currently no other details beyond a potential start date, other promotions are being offered through third-party vendors, including up to $520 off M3 / M3 Pro / M3 Max MacBook Pros or an M3 MacBook Air from $899.
iPads have also been heavily discounted through other retailers, including the M4 iPad Pro and iPad Air 6 at up to $100 off.
Apple’s student discount currently requires that the customer be a student or faculty member to qualify for the deals at Apple resellers.
