Apple has apparently settling on March 25th as the date for its first big product announcement of 2019.
According to sources close to the story, Apple is planning to hold a special event on March 25th at the Steve Jobs Theater at the Apple Park campus. It’s also thought that Apple’s upcoming news service will be at the heart of the event, along with rumored subscription news services, which are rumored for an April launch.
Apple has long held product events in late March, so this follows suit. Sources have also stated that a small chance exists that the final date could shift given some publisher pushback Apple is receiving over revenue-sharing terms with content providers such as Netflix.
Stay tuned for additional details as they become available.
