Apple will reportedly allow customers to purchases devices and then pay for them in monthly installments via their Apple Card. Interest-free plans lasting 12-months could apply to items such as iPads, Macs, the Apple Pencil and iPad keyboards, and the Mac XDR Display monitor.
It’s also rumored that Apple will allow for six-month payment plans for AirPods, Apple TV, and HomePod units. Education discounts will still be available, and the payments can be added to a customer’s monthly Apple Card bill as well as be managed within the Wallet app. The plan is considered a means of increasing sign-ups for the Apple Card, which was launched in collaboration with Goldman Sachs.
Stay tuned for additional details as they become available.
