The Nike+ edition of the Apple Watch Series 2 is now set to go on sale come October 28th.
When Apple debuted the new Apple Watch units, it teased the Nike+ edition, then mentioned that the standard version would retail for $369.
As of now, French web site WatchGeneration noticed that Apple updated its own web site to reveal the October 28th launch date.
The Nike+ edition of the Apple Watch Series 2 will offer the following three distinctions:
Visually, the Nike+ edition offers four combinations of case color and band, including a striking Space Gray case with black/volt (neon yellow) band.
The fluoroelastomer band itself also stands out from the standard sport band thanks to perforations which Apple says are there to reduce weight and improve ventilation.
Finally, you get exclusive Nike watch faces in both digital and analog versions, including a complication to launch the Nike+ Run Club app. The app itself, though, runs on any Apple Watch, and is a free download from iTunes.
