If you are like me, you have a bit of a fetish for luggage. Once you have settled on a nice case for your PowerBook, what is an addict to do? Easy, try to find a cool case for you mobile phone. While not technically luggage, phone cases fall into the same genre for me – personal and distinctive, yet practical at the same time.
After the launch of the Sony Ericsson T68i Bluetooth mobile phone (now only US$25 at Amazon) there was a worldwide dearth of cases for the new phone. Because the T68i was a new form-factor the accessory vendors did not immediately have options available to protect it. Well, no more.
If you are a leather fan, you will want to check out the line of mobile phone cases from Piel Frama in Spain. Piel Frama makes leather PDA and mobile phones cases for manufacturers like HP, Palm, Hewlett-Packard, Toshiba, Casio, Sony, Sagem, Nokia, Motorola, Ericsson, Trium and Alcatel.
Piel Frama manufactures a number of cases that fit the Sony Ericsson T68i perfectly, including the Unipur €35 (above left), Uniframa (above right) and Uniestilo. To quote Monty Python “Craftsmanship sir. Craftsmanship.”
