Headed home?or away?for the holidays? Here are some great travel tips to make your Visor handheld a helpful travel companion:
- Enter your flight information as a Datebook appointment for the exact departure and arrival times. Attach a note that includes your flight number, seat assignment, airline phone number, or frequent flyer number to each appointment.
- Create contacts in your Address Book for the airline, hotel and rental car companies you use regularly. Attach important information to each contact by creating a note. This way you have your flight number, confirmation codes and hotel directions, room number and check out times handy when you need them.
- Create a category in your Address Book for Travel so that your travel-related contact info is in one centralized place.
- Create a travel To Do list of everything that needs to be done before you head out the door?turn on timers, put holds on mail and newspapers, leave emergency numbers for house sitter, and anything else you might forget in the holiday rush.
