Washington Apple Pi has announced that it is now taking reservations for its summer computer camp for teens.
“This is a great camp for any teen who wants to really make the family Macintosh work at home, school, and on the Internet,” says WAP President Lorin Evans. “It is an intensive, fun course that is packed with information presented in as non-technical a fashion as possible.”
Instructor Pat Fauquet says “When the student is done with the WAP Summer Camp, he or she will be able to take on almost any computer-related project with confidence and succeed – maybe, even get better grades!”
The Summer Camp is a two-week computer camp for teenagers. It will be held from Monday, July 24 through August 4, 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. (Monday-Friday)
Some of this year’s activities include learning how to network computers, building personal web pages, learning to use video, sound, graphic equipment, and related applications.
