Two new items have been added to Griffin Technology’s catalog of iPod gadgets and they both have a special place in their cybernetic hearts for Apple’s forgotten iPod–the iPod shuffle. The PowerBlock is an AC adapter and charger that accepts the shuffle directly into its USB port and adapts to a range of other iPod models via an included cable. The second new item brings to the shuffle user the special joy of lanyard mounted earbuds that had previously been reserved for iPod nano users. The Griffin TuneBuds‘ lanyard and earbuds attach and route sound via the shuffle’s USB port. and may almost make owning a shuffle feel cool again.
