Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) opens today in San Jose, CA with a fireside chat between Steve Jobs and developers at 9:30 am PST. As we reported last week, Jobs is expected to announce that all Macs (except the G4 Cube) will ship with OS X pre-installed on the hard drive, although they will boot into OS 9 by default.
