Apple Store To The Rescue

I have to complement the employees at Apple Store Santa Rosa. I purchased a brand new PowerBook, which died after six weeks. I sent it in to AppleCare and after two weeks, the motherboard was still on back order. I placed a friendly call to Apple Store Santa Rosa to see if they could help expedite, but instead offered to get the unit back and replace it with another brand new one. Now that is Customer Service. They now have a life long customer, including my family and friends!
