Amid Monday’s announcement and software update-o-rama, Apple released macOS 10.14.4 Mojave, the long-awaited update to its Mac operating system.
The new version, which weighs in around a 2.5 gigabyte update, offers the following fixes and changes:
- Full access to Apple’s newly-launched News+ service
- Incorporates Safari Autofill for MacBooks with Touch ID
- Automatic Dark Mode viewing in Safari for compatible websites
- Push Notification management
- Safari warnings for insecure websites
- Support for second-gen AirPods
- Air quality index reading for maps in the U.S., UK, and India
- Real-time text for phone calls made through a nearby iPhone
- USB audio device reliability improvements
- Unspecified performance improvements, security enhancements and bug fixes.
Apple’s macOS 10.14.4 Mojave is available for download through the Mac App Store’s Software Update mechanism.
