Late Tuesday, Apple released version 11.0.2 of its iTunes multimedia/jukebox application. The new version, a 200.6 megabyte download, adds the following fixes and changes:
– The update offers a Composer view for music, bug fixes, and enhanced responsiveness when accessing large playlists. It also offers a fix for an error that prevented purchases from showing up in the library.
iTunes 11.0.2 requires an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.6.8 or later to install and run.

dont know about 11.0.2 but
i had to get back to iTunes 10.7 from 11.0.1
Previous iTunes (11.0.1) was extremely heavy on CPU.
1) when listening to web radio the windowserver process eats up to 50% CPU
2) when listening to an mp3 the windowserver process eats up to 20/30% CPU
when the player is on stop and not playing anything the windowserver process eats up to 10/15% CPU (that is what iTunes 10.7 uses on average even in the cases 1 and 2 above)
i think is is due to all the USELESS graphic candies it displays:
for example the scrolling song infos one gets when listening to web radios.
glad to be back to iTunes 10.7
hope someone can post about progress on CPU usage from 11.0.2
reinstalled iTunes 11.0.2
rebooted OS
and now CPU usage from iTunes went back to mormal
