Apple has expanded its repair program, now allowing customers to have their Face ID system repaired without replacing an entire iPhone X handset.
The iPhone X was initially excluded from the list for this program.
Apple initiated the program in March, allowing Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Repair Centers access to parts for the TrueDepth camera system and allowing technicians to repair Face ID without replacing the entire handset.
The repair was initially only available for the iPhone XS, but has since been expanded to include the iPhone X and all iPhones featuring Face ID.
Stay tuned for additional details as they become available.
