Connectix DoubleTalk is a new application from the people that brought us Virtual PC (which was recently revved to version 4.0.1, btw) and Virtual Game Station.
According to the manufacturer:
DoubleTalk revolutionizes Mac-PC networking by enabling Power Mac users to connect to PC network servers and printers from within the familiar Mac interface – not in a Windows environment. No network reconfiguration is required – you can set up your own Mac and connect to a PC network right away.
This appears to be a valuable piece of software for a mobile technologist to keep in their bag of tricks, especially if you find yourself traveling to client sites with PC networks. And who hasn’t had to do that at least once?
Has anyone tried it or any of the alternatives? Please post your feedback using the link below.
