The world’s richest man, Bill Gates of Microsoft fame, told attendees of the Dell DirectConnect conference that the recent TNT “Pirates of Silicon Valley” movie was a little off the mark. Here’s a few quotes from a recent News.com article (“Gates says “Pirates” movie ‘was not history’“):
“Maybe I’m too close to the situation to like the portrayal, but that was not history,” he told the audience at the Dell DirectConnect conference for Dell Computer customers.
“They didn’t get the facts quite right,” Gates said.
Note that this is the same Bill Gates that dropped Windows 98 into the New York City water supply (“Evil Genius Gates Drops Windows 98 Into NYC Water Supply“) and recently became one of the most powerful D&D CEOs of all time(“Bill Gates Grants Self 18 Dexterity, 20 Charisma“).
