According to Apple’s most recent TIL article, you only have about 20 seconds in which to change the iBook’s battery before it loses all its PRAM settings. Better make sure your pit crew can change the tires, fill up the fuel tank, and replace the iBook battery in less time than Michael Andretti’s pit crew.
